- Snail mail it with check, money order, or signed credit card no. to:

- E-mail us at mountainlion@citynet.net* to request a catalog. We'll send a free catnip sample to every fourth requester.

Printing the Form
You can print the form right from your browser or you can save it to a file on your local system and print it later. If you save it to a file, you can delete the header at the top and MAYBE get the whole form on one page. We put the address and directions at the bottom so that you could delete or isolate them easily. You can also delete any parts of the form that you don't need to send us so you only have to send one page.
